1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (collectively, the "Terms," "Agreement," or "Terms & Conditions") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," "You," or "Your") and ph002, operated under the authority of a Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) license (the "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing the ph002 website at https://ph002.cam (the "Website," "Platform," or "Service"), creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any gaming services offered by ph002, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ph002 platform and not create an account or participate in any gaming activities. Continued use of the Service following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To register for and use ph002 services, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of account creation. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines and is strictly enforced. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that:

ph002 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include valid government-issued photo identification such as Philippine passports, driver's licenses, national identification cards, or other documents deemed acceptable by ph002. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Creation and Security

Each User may maintain only one (1) account with ph002. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If ph002 discovers that a User has created or is operating multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets and winnings, and forfeit all account balances without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity. You agree to notify ph002 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ph002 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

2.3 Information Accuracy

All information provided during the registration process and at any subsequent time must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

ph002 accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating banks), and other methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00), subject to change at ph002's discretion.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the policies of third-party payment processors. ph002 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a legitimate source. Deposits using stolen funds, fraudulently obtained funds, or funds derived from illegal activity are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed according to ph002's internal procedures and typically completed within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to successful completion of identity verification and compliance checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). ph002 reserves the right to set maximum withdrawal limits on a per-transaction, daily, weekly, or monthly basis at its sole discretion.

Before processing any withdrawal request, ph002 may require you to verify your identity by providing government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and any other documents deemed necessary for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and fraud prevention. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account from which deposits were made, unless otherwise approved by ph002 in writing. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect against fraudulent transactions.

3.3 Fees and Currency

ph002 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers or financial institutions may impose their own fees, and you are solely responsible for any such fees. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, the payment provider will apply conversion rates and fees according to their policies.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Terms

ph002 may offer various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives (collectively, "Bonuses") to Users from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, time limitations, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These specific terms are published on the ph002 website in the promotions section and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be used for commercial purposes or advantage play. ph002 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus, along with associated winnings, if the Bonus is obtained or used through fraudulent means, abuse of the promotion, breach of the Bonus terms, or violation of these Terms. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus repeatedly, operating in collaboration with other Users to gain an unfair advantage, making deposits solely to claim Bonuses without genuine gaming intent, or engaging in patterns of play designed to exploit promotional offers.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements), which specify the number of times the Bonus amount and/or deposit amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the terms of each Bonus offer. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and certain other games may contribute less or may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 General Gaming Rules

In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed on the platform and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game. However, these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

ph002 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all virtual games and employs licensed live dealer studios with physical equipment for live casino games. All game outcomes are determined fairly and randomly. In the extremely rare event of a game malfunction, any affected bets will be voided, and wagers will be refunded to players. Graphical display errors, software bugs, or connection failures that occur during gameplay do not invalidate the actual game outcome as recorded by ph002's game servers.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or play games;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the ph002 platform;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity fraud, or bonus abuse;
• Money laundering or using ph002 for any illegal purpose;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access ph002's source code or proprietary systems;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the ph002 platform or interferes with other Users' ability to use the Service.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

ph002 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals from gambling-related harm. We provide various tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activities, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. 7. Account Suspension and Termination

Grounds for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, providing false information, suspected fraudulent activity, prolonged inactivity, failure to complete identity verification, engaging in prohibited activities as described in Section 5.2, or upon your request.

Upon account closure, you will be permitted to withdraw any remaining balance in your account, provided that such balance was obtained legitimately and in accordance with these Terms. If your account is closed due to fraudulent activity or breach of Terms, ph002 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in your account. Any outstanding bonuses and associated winnings will be voided upon account closure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph002 and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (v) any other matter relating to the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall ph002's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you deposited into your ph002 account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ph002 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, software, data compilations, and the compilation and arrangement thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of ph002 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content without prior written consent from ph002, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of Content in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing that Content;
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes;
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction or distribution.

The ph002 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ph002 or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of ph002. All other names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, or your use of the ph002 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting ph002 customer support. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of your initial contact, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution through the Philippine courts as specified above.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph002 regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver by ph002 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by ph002 to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of ph002. ph002 may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
